Biography
Vincent Kim has worked in real estate industry since 2008, and joined CDC in 2019. He is specialized in various types of residential and commercial properties, completing wide scope of residential, industrial, commercial, hotel, equipment, and residential properties. Vincent had completed bachelor’s degree in Engineering in 1997 and shifted his career into real estate, and completed the degree in the Sauder School of Business at UBC. He received the CRA designation from Appraisal Institute of Canada..
