Biography
Tyler Adin is a Professional Appraiser (P.App., CRA) with over 10 years of experience in the valuation of residential, multi-residential, agricultural, and commercial properties throughout Alberta. He has completed a wide range of appraisal assignments for mortgage financing, litigation support, estate settlement, assessment review, and consulting purposes. Tyler is experienced in preparing both current and retrospective appraisal reports in form and narrative formats, conducting detailed property inspections, performing market rent analyses, and researching complex real estate markets. He holds a Bachelor of Applied Studies from Athabasca University and obtained his Canadian Residential Appraiser (CRA) designation through the Appraisal Institute of Canada in 2026. Known for his strong market knowledge, analytical approach, and commitment to client service, Tyler provides well-supported and defensible valuation reports while maintaining a practical understanding of local and regional market conditions.
