Biography
Cathy Desbiens has worked in the real estate industry since 2011, beginning in New Home Sales and now specializes in residential, acreage and multi-family residential appraisals. Cathy works with lenders, Realtors, private investors, and builders in Calgary and the surrounding area. Cathy Desbiens has her P.App., CRA designation from the Appraisal Institute of Canada (AIC), a Bachelor of General Arts and Science Degree and is certified in Home Staging.
