Biography
Ted Rudyk is a senior machinery & equipment (M&E) appraiser with CDC, he has over 40 years and has completed assignments for a wide variety of purposes such as financial reporting requirements, tax requirements, litigation, asset-based financing, etc. Ted’s appraisal experience covers a wide variety of M&E or industries including, but not limited to, the following: printing operations, mining, pulp and paper, sawmills, television broadcasting, CLEC & ILEC wireline and wireless, automotive parts manufacturing, plastics components, citrus fruit processing and packaging, breweries, beef and hog processing, retail and grocery stores, local electrical distribution companies, road construction and earth moving, chemical plants, etc. Ted has completed assignments through-out Canada and the United States as well as twenty countries internationally.
Qualified as an Accredited Senior Appraiser (ASA) with the American Society of Appraisers (June 1996, Member # 002213)
Qualified as a Member (MRICS) with The Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (November 2008, Member # 1268991)
