EXPERIENCE:
Sean is a Residential Appraiser and Certified Appraisal Reviewer with CDC. He has completed appraisals in British Columbia, North West Territories and Yukon in a wide variety of real estate assets since 2003. He has completed current and retrospective market value estimates on all types of residential properties - cottages, condominiums, cooperatives, multi-family, new construction, vacant lots, million dollar+ properties, first nations and hobby farms, in a rural and urban context. Sean is working towards his CRA designation with the Appraisal Institute of Canada, and is continually advancing his knowledge of the industry through educational courses and staying up to date with current market trends. A lifelong Vancouver Canucks fan, Sean is in an avid golfer and fisherman who enjoys spending time in the outdoors. Sean and his wife Kathy have two girls, Anna and Sofia, and together they continue to establish deep roots in their community of Steveston through their involvement in youth sports and other local organizations.
