EXPERIENCE:
Jared joined our company in 2019, and he has been working in the real estate industry since 1996. He has a degree in Economics from the University of Manitoba, and is a member in good standing with full accreditation (AACI, P. App.) in the Appraisal Institute of Canada. Jared has completed valuations on a wide spectrum of properties throughout Manitoba and Saskatchewan, including commercial, industrial, institutional, and agricultural holdings. Jared has significant experience in partial taking and expropriation valuation and he has appeared before the Board of Revision, Municipal Board, Court of Queen’s Bench, and the Land Value Appraisal Commission.
